Second Easee charger bought from this seller. Arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. Unlocking it through Easee customer service wasn’t as straightforward this time, and the guy on the phone said they don’t like to do it for whatever reason. I pointed out that I had the pin and that they had done it previously and he relented, but could have been an issue if they decided not to.

The item was as described. I bought an Easee One car charger unit, and while it was missing the mounting screws, the cable entry grommet was roughly cut and the cover retaining screw was missing, this was all explained in the listing. The unit was supplied with the pin and the customer support number, which worked to get the unit unlocked and allocated to me. Overall very happy.
