The ribbon on this lanyard is twisted. I have sent photos. Seller told me its sewn good and I need to unscrew it, which doesn't make sense as it is sewn together (nothing to unscrew)

The problem is that you can't do it and not everyone can do it, although it's easy. I just offered a refund or exchange but you refuse and prefer to write a review. It's sad that people don't want to solve their problems. Have a nice day.
