  The poster is true to the advertisement, and I gave it 5 starts. It is a perfectly shipped item and true to description. However, there's room for improvement. Customer communication is important, so when a customer emails, there needs to be an immediate response. Emails that are not responded to are a big no no and then sending out emails asking for a review when this has happened is risky. Since I work in customer service, I will provide constructive advice. Otherwise, a good transaction.

  Poster Ordered 8/2, Shipped 8/3, Delivered 8/9. You questioned on 8/9 the USPS Delivery Notice. 8/10 you Emailed me saying your Post Office screwed-up and had your poster. I left it at "No Blood, No Foul". On 9/25, 46 days after delivery, you put me "on Blast" for lack of communication with Neutral Feedback....TOTALLY UNDESERVED I think a retraction & apology is in order.
