  Received my order from this eBay Seller, and I am extremely please with the merchandise I purchased from them! From start to finish the process the process went flawlessly, and so much easier than purchasing directly at the store when possible. My order was packaged meticulously, and I received my order much sooner than expected.   The frame arrived very well packaged but upon inspection, it had tons of little white marks on all 4 sides of the frame. I contacted the seller to see if she would offer a partial refund but when I did, she refused and told me to just return it. I would have been willing to keep it but the seller was unwilling to work with me at all.

  I would have definitely been willing to work with you; however, you requested a $10 refund on a $10.44 order. I felt, if you were that unhappy with your purchase, you should just send it back with a 100% refund.

  As described & the only one not costing an arm and leg, absolutely nothing was bubble wrapped, which would’ve been fine if it was a pillow or not $24 in shipping ($6 more than the product itself)
