  Ordered this amp and it shipped right away. Boxed very well for transport. But it didn’t work. Reached out to the company, and Chris helped troubleshoot and then offer a replacement. He had the new one in the mail the next day and paid for the return of the faulty unit. New one works great, and sounds great. Overall an excellent experience with great customer service.
