  The item arrived and was damaged all along the top of the jacket. The fake leather was peeling. After communicating with the seller of the jacket, she agreed to refund me once I provided pictures of how the jacket was damaged (as the jacket was not able to be worn). Thank you.

You messaged me about the problem today at 5:20pm. At 6:22pm today, I messaged you back and said I would process a full refund to you.
