  This seller sold me a lockbox on eBay & then ordered it from Amazon £8.00 cheaper than what he charged me & got Amazon to deliver it directly to me. Amazon sent me a damaged box with no keys & when I said I want to return it & have a full refund this seller sent Royal Mail to collect it but did not give them a return address & he won’t give me the return address either & he keeps offering me half of my money back instead of a full refund & telling me I’m confused. He has not refunded me.
