I purchased 2 packs, and I asked the Seller twice to combine the £4 postage cost of each pack and send a revised invoice. The seller refused, I was asked to pay the double postage cost prior to dispatch. On doing so, the Seller then issued a refund of £3. I will let you do the maths. Without requesting a reduction first, I think that I was lucky to get that!

Arrived very quickly well packed and good and good price. The only problem is the instructions are not very good. When I pressed the button thinking I was turning it off a woman came on asking if I was ok. She explained more to me and now I think it’s good to have as I’m a disabled widow on my own now and a pensioner. So if I fell or needed help they can track me and send help. Brilliant idea. So I’m keeping it now as was going to send it back.
