  Total lack of communication. Wants the money but then ignores you. If they don’t accept refunds that’s ok, I wanted to exchange for the same exact dress in a different size (or a different color, which they do have) that way everyone is happy. I get a dress that fits, and they keep the money (and yes I’m reasonable as I have no issue paying for shipping again both ways). Ignoring a problem doesn’t make it go away, so here we are.
