  Item exactly as described, thank you. R/Mail's 'Tracked 48 hours' items don't give you notice when they'll arrive; it only "tracks" ONCE del'd! My item wld've taken 4 postal working days, (double the 48 hrs) Expected dei'y date of 20/8 = 5 working days! Disappointing (but not surprising!) that R/Mail states they 'don't have time' to try neighbours if you're not in .- (nor leave cards these days) - that would take LESS time than returning the item to sorting office and trying again a 2nd day!

  Sign packaged up in like clingfilm arrived damaged corners not protected at all .Spent an hour trying to straighten them up without success. Contacted seller who said they complied with Royal Mail instructions on sending items.I photoed Royal Mails instruction for such signs and they should be better protected. Promised a refund or reduction on another sign. Never happened. All in all very disappointing. I have never ever given negative feedback but feel I have to to warn others.
