    I really like my purchase, a handmade wooden box with inlay decoration. The seller was very helpful with arranging international shipping. The eBay tracking service was lousy, however, the package arrived at my door with no warning (not the seller’s fault) I would give this seller a 5 star rating!

    picture orange text on bottle and box that was what i ordered seller sent bottle with label orange text on white brown label clearly differant from picture and ordered product i tried to do a return but ebay required pictures which i dont know how to do icould have ordered the bottle seller sent for 30.00 dollars not 60.00 i paid again sent differant product than i bought sellers fault but ebay made return impossable so one of the few times i have left negative feedback

    I got my bottles mixed up. It was an honest mistake. Buyer never contacted me to inform me of the issue. After being made aware of the problem via this feedback, I wrote to him so that I could rectify the situation, but received no response.
