Hello! I answered all your messages and sent you all the links to the product and screenshots from the official sites, that the product does not come with cellophane film, but without film. There is a magnetic case and a cardboard belt across the entire box that you remove and open the box. The item is new and unused! You can also check that there is an air plug in it, which only comes out after 2-4 presses and then the perfume appears. You are wrong now. Too bad you can't attach a photo
