  Dear sir/madame, many thanks for your great service. I made the mistake of sending you the wrong house number. The correct address is 33 John Street, I sent 3 John Street. The item hasn't been delivered anywhere and I wonder were it is. Perhaps the driver returned it, so perhaps it's being returned to me.
