    I would avoid this seller. I ordered this on 3rd June, for my daughter’s birthday on the 13th. It took 11 days to arrive so came after it was needed. After 5 days of waiting for the item I got a reply to my first message to say it would arrive in 1/2 days which it didn’t, she then ignored all my other messages. EBay gave a refund as seller ignored my request. Will never use again

    After ordering two of these cups for my nieces for Xmas they arrived and there was only one lid in the box, quick email to the seller with an instant response and another one posted out that day. Arrived in plenty time for Xmas and my nieces both love their cups and used them with their Xmas lunch. Thanks again for such a quick turn around. Would definitely recommend.
