Once I had done this then a refund was issued instantly, and labels were sent to me so that I could return item at no cost to me. Only weird part was UK origin, so had to cruize around some weird postal system that didn't appear to line up with our US postal, so I freaked a bit after I saw it was delivered, but was no where in site.
