    This is my 1st negative review on eBay over 10+ years. The reason is not just that the so-called 2-day ETA turned into endless (so far I still haven't received it yet after 3 weeks), but mainly because every time I contacted the seller, I only received template-based responses with no attempt to solve the issue in detail, and the seller also avoided my refund. The fewer unreliable sellers like this on eBay, the better!
