Item arrived but didn’t match the listing which said it was ‘new’ - description on the listing advised the packaging was damaged which I would have been ok with. However, the item itself was also damaged, looked like the metal casing had been exposed to some sort of chemical which has corroded it. Contacted seller and they responded asking me to return for a refund or exchange but since then no further response to messages to clarify return and if they would cover the cost of this.
