    Great response, I ordered quite late in the day so expected to wait at least a day to hear anything, but no they were straight on it and I got immediate notification. By next morning it was already out for delivery and was delivered at lunchtime.securely packed and item just as described. Can’t fault this seller !

Arrived quickly, well packaged and seller used reliable DPD courier who correctly followed delivery instructions and phoned on arrival at time stated.     Communication was.slow from the seller. Probably because the couriers list parcels as failed then delivered to the nearest pick up. They forge the shop owners name, and deliver every parcel straight to shop in one run. It isnt at my address, thensecure place or the shop when you check. Ebay cant help ypu. Parcel is listed as failed delivery then delivered to neareast shop. They have the audacity to tell me to stop putting my secure place too as this proves they didnt try.

    Courier firm was tardy in notifying of delivery time and despite saying they would leave the parcel and take a photo decided to leave it with a neighbour. Bearing in mind it contained poison and the neighbours are two sandwiches short of a picnic it should have been taken back to depot and re-delivery arranged,this has coloured how I have felt about the transaction.
