    The first set of speakers were damaged in transit, but I had a very quick response and choices of resolution. A replacement set were sorted very quickly and arrived in perfect condition. This was my first experience with Peter Tyson and the customer service was excellent. The speakers themselves pack a real punch for their size and were a great price. For refurbs these are in excellent condition, I think you'd have a hard time telling them apart from new.

    The service is always good from eBay unfortunately on this occasion I ordered a sound bar and when it came it had damaged to it. I reported it the same day to Peter Tyson and the straightaway responded saying he would give me a full refund. I have done what he said and gone through eBay to file a refund or a return. He has now sent me email saying he has booked DPD for Monday, the 24th of March.to collection hopefully, I get a receipt on collection

    2nd purchase from Peter Tyson, always brilliant. This was exceptional value and to me as new condition. There was issue with power cord which was a direct issue with Q Accoustic and spot on communication and replacement was shipped very quickly. Would certainly by from Peter Tyson again!
