    The seller packed and shipped this item quickly and the price is good. It was shipped via USP and they botched it. For some reason occasionally the Philadelphia Area Distribution Center will bounce a package around for several days internally before sending it to my local P.O. and that's what happened here. Not the seller's fault and I recommend this seller.

    Item as described, Item was slow arriving, tried to contact seller which was a challenge with the new and better software which is very poor at providing communication between buyer and seller. Seller responded right away after being contacted by eBay. Really avoid using eBay now if I can as it is so much more unfriendly to the buyer. Would probably buy from seller again as delay wasn't their fault.

The seller replied promptly to my request to return the item, sent a return label, and I received the refund within a week (once they received the returned item via USPS, and the short processing time of the refund). Note, a shipping fee for the return was subtracted from my refund amount, though the return label said it would ship without charge at USPS, so I assume that was the seller's way of covering their cost. I have no issue with that.
