  Ordered item 26th April and told item would arrive between 3rd-12th May contacted seller on 13th may and they asked to wait further 2-3 days to see if package would arrive. Now 17th May and no package therefore seller should get Evri to return package to them as I have ordered up another item from different seller

  The customer claimed that he purchased the product from us on April 26th, but actually, the purchase date was May 14th. After our inquiry, he admitted that he left the review for the wrong store. We asked him to delete the review, but he told us that he didn't know how to do it.
