The USPS says they can do nothing until they get the package. The seller profile says "Located in: West Palm Beach, Florida" but the package is allegedly in NY. I am in Virginia so even with ground transportation it should have been here long ago. I reached out to the seller many times but get no response. They put the arrival date far in the future so there is nothing I can do.

Item even arrived past the initial return window of May 17th. Return address in California also does not match seller's supposed location of Florida. Considered returning item since I ordered something similar while waiting, but will keep it after all. I'd only buy from this seller as a last resort.

The provided USPS track only covered the item from its entry point into the U.S. via Jamaica, NY (JFK). Prior to that, I located a track via Yun Express with Mainland China as the point of origin. I also contacted Ebay Customer Support twice to report the discrepancy with the point of origin reported in the listing.
