    The original packaging did not come with the instructions, and did not seem to match the picture in the listing. When I contacted the seller they were very cordial and were willing to send me instructions right away. They were also willing to refund me and send any missing parts in the mail right away. This was greatly appreciated, and they went the extra mile to make things right. I m happy with the goal, and it will work for us. Thanks

    Hello, We've messaged you multiple times offering assistance. Why are you ignoring our messages? I sent you the instructions and I asked you which parts you were missing. You did not respond and instead you leave a negative review.... I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve here. It's hard to help customers when they leave a negative review without contacting us for assistance. We are very quick to resolve issues such as this but we can't do much if you don't communicate with us...
