  Design was very different to images - roof overhang and different door shape as pictured. Would have been nice to have the label removed from the wood before assembly and to sand the edges. I recommend wrapping the item in bubble wrap to avoid damage during transit(box arrived half open and item was partially exposed, but not damaged). Lastly, item was marked as dispatched when it had not been made, so had to enquire as it was late, but seller was responsive and informed when it was dispatched.

  Never received item got a refund after two months. Communication was good presale and then afterwards dreadful. Lot longer lead time than expected, three weeks which would have been fine if it had been communicated and I’d not had to chase. Item then got lost in the post (not the sellers fault) but trying to get a lead time for a replacement was impossible due to no response from seller. Ended up getting a refund via eBay after two months. Massive shame as we really wanted the item.

  This house is amazing and my Tortoise loves it. Unfortunately delivery was shocking but item was undamaged despite the box being badly damaged.

  I’m so happy with my tortoise villa it’s made with quality it’s not flimsy thin wood. Thank you for my order can’t fault it. I sprayed it with baby pink gloss to seal it and added some stickers to personalise it I think I like it more than my tortoise 😄
