  The delivery was super quick! The item came well packaged and in good working condition. The kettle looks pretty cute with the glass Jug and LED even during the day. It fills flimsy though, in comparison to other more expensive kettles I've had and the current one I've had for nearly 20 years. It is a good value for money for what it is. I would recommend it for sure! Seller communication was great. Tracking provided. I will definitely buy from this seller again.

  My garden furniture arrived 5 days late due to the courier not informing the seller or my self on the tracking system it would be delayed I contacted the seller explaining that the furniture hadn't arrived on the day allocated, The seller then got back to me stating he would communicate with delivery company .The seller contacted myself and had it delivered promptly within the two days as promised The driver was very professional and curtious Thankyou to the seller and the delivery driver

  Alex is easy to talk to. I’ve had three or four items from this gentleman and had no problems with the picture or anything he communicates when he wants the photo and you send him the photo then he will send you a picture. Is this alright and then you reply yes I would definitely have more from Alex in the near future.

  The packaging was received in good condition. Was a fast delivery. Well informed at all stages. With the option to change the delivery date if not suitable. Delivery driver was most helpful. Though the contents were packed well, there was the odd corner with a slight dent which was gently corrected. In all for the price paid at time of ordering I would say good quality and on completion, looks good. The colour was an added bonus, blends in the garden lovely. Thank you for a smooth transaction.
