Ordered springtails from this seller and it took much longer to arrive than the stated time frame. When they finally arrived, the printable were all dead apart from 1 or 2 . I contacted the seller who asked me to pour out the contents of the small zip bag. I did this and sent them a video to which they said they would get back to me on the Monday. It is now Thursday and they are saying that to get a refund I need to send the empty dirt back to them. Who keeps a pile of dirt. Refusing refund!
