  I've used this seller a few times and didn't have any problems so when I seen that the seller I'm currently using (only using for the 10% multi buy discount, not the service).was waiting on stock, I came straight back to this seller knowing that they're good with people and their delivery time is great. The hay itself is great, my rabbits love it which makes me happy. It is very compact so I like to empty into bags and boxes to make it easier to dispense but that's just a personal preference.

  Excellent customer service. Goods arrived quickly. I queried whether I was missing something and I got a response immediately telling me where to find my missing items (inside the tunnel) 😃. Very pleased with the quality and I'm sure my bunnies will love their new set up.

  Arrived badly packaged - the item was squashed the edges were sharp and was not fit for animals. The photos clearly show how badly made it is. The seller then delayed communication and became rude - all I wanted was a return!!!!

  In the last 12 months we have had 406 positive feedback reviews for this item. This is the one negative feedback. The buyer would not provide images of the end cap not being able to fit on the tunnel or of any damage to the end caps. Even in their pictures no damage can be seen. I believe they either purchased the wrong item or it wasn't suitable for what they intended. The buyer misused ebay returns policy so they did not have to pay for return postage. They have now been reported to ebay.
