Luckily all parts were still in the box including the keys. The rack is not available in the US so we were glad we could get it from the UK. However customer service (Danny) was brilliant and resolved the issue more quickly than my phone reception could respond to! As for the product, I’ve yet to fit it but going by how fantastically helpful they’ve been I can’t imagine that there will be any further issues. I would thoroughly recommend dealing with this seller.
