  While the phone I ordered was defective, I wanted to leave feedback about the seller. Any seller can occasionally send a defective item. But how they respond is what is important to me. And as soon as this seller learned that there was a problem they reached out to solve it. Ultimately, the phone could not be made useable, except maybe by refurb. Once that was determined, the seller immediately provided a refund. So the phone was defective, but the seller was great. I would buy from them again.
