    Excellent service, item colour of the case ordered wasn't available but the seller called me and offered and alternative. A lighter shade was offered and accepted by us. First class 5 star service as far as we are concerned. Thank you so much. Price of the item was very competitive but won out on free postage!! You just can't beat that. Posted out to us very quickly and it arrived before the date quoted. Very well packaged, keeping the product very well protected.

    re: Nokia 110 phone case. Seller telephoned to apologise and say our selected colour was not available so we chose another colour. Quick delivery. Item well made but does not appear to be leather as described. It does not even have a distinctive leathery smell either. Otherwise a good seller.

    Unfortunately i ordered red but seller calledcand said his last red case was damaged would i take a different colour. I got a pink case instead as a gift for someone. Item is great, especially for the money. Seller was very kind and professional and to call me to say it would be wrong for him to send a damaged case to me and ask if he could send sn alternative shows great consideration and care. I 100% recommend this seller based on this transaction and very greatful to seller for his care.
