  Item not dispatched within 2 days, so I waited and on the first day of the expected arrival date I messaged and did not get a reply. I messaged twice more before the last arrival date and still no reply Requested to cancel option "it would not arrive in time" Request cancelled, told it had been dispatched, this was not true as not actually dispatch it until 3 days later. In the end I asked Ebay to step in and I received a full refund, so top marks to Ebay they have got your back with bad sellers

  I love the item, it was well packaged and delivered quickly. Unfortunately the courier must have dropped the box as one of the corners was dented and one side of the supporting panel was damaged. It is a Christmas present for my daughter so my husband glued the bit back together as we weren't sure that a replacement would reach us in time for Christmas. This is not the fault of the seller.
