  The wrong tripod head got sent. Stuff happens, and what is important is how it is handled by the vendor. They were great in this instance, they shipped me the correct head the next day. USPS delayed the package during transit, this was not the vendors fault. The vendor had fast shipping, very responsive customer support and were easy to work with. Great vendor overall, will definitely do business with them again.
