Horrible!!! Avoid this seller. I've ordered personalised lighter with photo and writing. I got my order quickly but what it was? Invisible photo . I wanted to fix my issue with seller I've sent him photo of my lighter but he was extremally rude. never more. Avoid avoid avoid . First time I gave for somebody negative rewiev but I want to save another buyers. Finally I've sent order back and eBay gave me my money back.🙌

Customer did not read the product description and has returned an item that is the same in quality as thousands of other engraved zippo lighters. Nothing wrong with the item whatsoever. For some reason this customer expected the lighter to be black in colour when it is clearly chrome and described as chrome.
