    EXCELLENT in every respect. Items arrived in good shape, with evident care taken in the packaging, all in an appropriately-sized shipping box. All Fifty 1/72 figures were secured, protected within their original box, and all in good shape. She even included a photo postcard of her cute Pup with a Thank You note on the back! Clearly the kinda Seller you want to do business with. The shipping time took just a bit longer than expected, but hey, It's a Busy World Out There! Nice Work, Toy Sister.

    Had an excellent experience with this seller. When I contacted her to say the bobbin cover plate I purchased had not made it to me, Phyllis never even blinked!! She immediately refunded my money and was very thoughtful in her apology. This is an excellent person with whom to do business! A few days after I received the refund, the bobbin cover DID finally show up. Not the selller's fault! Did you get my note and payment, Phyllis? Thanks so much for everything! 😉
