Nothing wrong with the washer although not unpacked it yet. There was a mix up with the delivery as I ordered on Friday and got a message that said next day deliver, the washer did not arrive until the Monday. Checked with the seller who was good at getting back to me but they don’t normally deliver on a weekend unless you want to pay an extra £48. The deliver company did not let me know when they were arriving, luckily I have a back garden that they were able to leave it on a pallet.

Very disappointed in communication with this company. There was a genuine mistake in the warehouse and my item was delivered to another property. I received a jumbled message saying I had received the wrong item and another customer had my item. They said the item would be collected straight away, meanwhile my kitchen fitter wasted half a day which I was charged for! No more communication until I received a tracking message. No apology received and no response to two messages I sent them.
