  Ordered an item by mistake on a Friday evening. Immediately requested cancellation, but no reply from the seller over the weekend. On Monday, the seller rejected the cancellation despite the item not being shipped, and would not reply to any messages for a span of two weeks. It took me opening a case with eBay to get anything to happen. Personally I’d avoid this seller.

  I specifically asked the seller if the item had any damage or cracks before I bought the item, the reply I got from them was GOOD CONDITION PAL. When I received the item it had at least 2 major repairs and also at least 2 cracks in the light. Personally I would avoid this seller.
