We are all about reduce, reuse recycle, so the majority of our items for sale are pre-loved. On the 14th I messaged asking why the hat hadn’t been shipped yet.at 6:38 he said that it was shipped out the day before, and that it would for sure be there by the weekend when I needed the hat. At 6:55 tracking updated to say the hat was just dropped off. The hat didn’t arrive until Tue. the 20th. On Mon. I opened a return request since I didn’t need the hat anymore.The request was closed as soon as the hat arrived with no communication
