Pic's Picks is a small family ran business. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction so any question or concerns about an item before or after purchase please feel free to contact us via email. We buy and sell liquidation and wholesale products from a variety of retailers. Liquidation items can be of various conditions from; overstock, shelf pulls, open box, floor model, box damaged, or customer returns. If an item is no longer factory sealed it will be fully tested to the best of our ability. Anything we cannot test, any flaws or defects, or any missing parts or accessories will be listed in the items description with flaws or defects pictured. Pictures of the items will always be of or one of the actual items, and will always show the item and everything it comes with. Sometimes things happen and something may be missed during testing or researching of the item. In this case please contact us before leaving feedback and we will be happy to work something out with you.
