    After I asked a question about an item, the seller increased the price by £40 and then responded quite rudely. I went ahead with another similar item but sent the wrong thing. I needed it urgently, but they refused to send the correct one until incorrect piece was returned, which wasn’t feasible with the timing. I kept the item out of necessity and asked for a partial refund, which took ages, seller ignored my messages. Overall disappointing experience, rude company and the item was poor quality

    Initially the wrong product was delivered and I saw from several reviews that communication with the company was poor. I have to say that was not the case for me. After contacting them about the wrong item, I received a quick response and the correct item was posted. I asked about returning the original item and was told to keep it. The right item arrived within a few days, was well packaged. Excellent customer service all round. A pleasure to do business with 👍

    I have ordered the same item twice from this seller and both times delivery was extremely delayed. Dispatch took three days and I’m presently still waiting two days after the final expected date for the item to arrive. I have no idea when it might come, tracking information only says delayed. I had asked for the post office’s delivery option as this they are fast and reliable, but the item has been sent with Evri. It is 11 days since I made the order.

    Customer claims item damaged but refuse to return. Item was delivered in packaging and customer has that.
