  After I asked a question about an item, the seller increased the price by £40 and then responded quite rudely. I went ahead with another similar item but sent the wrong thing. I needed it urgently, but they refused to send the correct one until incorrect piece was returned, which wasn’t feasible with the timing. I kept the item out of necessity and asked for a partial refund, which took ages, seller ignored my messages. Overall disappointing experience, rude company and the item was poor quality

  Initially the wrong product was delivered and I saw from several reviews that communication with the company was poor. I have to say that was not the case for me. After contacting them about the wrong item, I received a quick response and the correct item was posted. I asked about returning the original item and was told to keep it. The right item arrived within a few days, was well packaged. Excellent customer service all round. A pleasure to do business with 👍

  I bought 10 conference chairs. Items were advertised as mint, but when we opened them we found the seating had water marks, mould marks, and small tares on a couple. Communication was non-existent with seller . I sent him photos and reached to try and resolve the situation, like exchange the damaged ones, but I didn’t get a word back. I would have sent half of them back if it wasn’t so costly and a hassle to organise. I’d already paid £64 to get them delivered.
