    I have contacted customer service multiple times due to being sent the wrong colour they were really helpful first time round but then when I received the replacement it was the wrong size, I emailed them again thanking them for my replacement but unfortunately they’ve send me a size to small! I then had an email stating I had the front on wrong in an attempt to make me feel small I offered to send the other tunnel back and I’ve since had no reply!

    Thank you for this now we can comment truthfully. You messaged us saying we had sent you a different tunnel. (nothing suggested about a different colour.) We could see you had sent a photo of one of the tunnels back to front. (which would look slightly different.) But any how we still sent you another tunnel free of charge. And then you complain saying we sent you the wrong size. Never once have you messaged to send the tunnel back. Neither of the issues were true.
