    The ad said the handbag would arrive between Nov. 16-18, and I paid $14.99 for shipping. I asked the seller three questions, and I received NO answers. This was HORRIBLE customer service. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this saler.

    I was sick when this was ordered but the bag did still ship within 3 business days. I was contacted one time by the buyer, not three, and the message was too rude too respond to.
