    Ordered from this seller on 5th November. After a few days the item still hadn't been despatched so I messaged for an update, had no response. 2 weeks later the item still hadn't been despatched. Asked to cancel the order, a couple of days later my request to cancel was refused with no reason! Finally had a message back offering to post 1st class which I accepted. This didn't happen so on 23rd I had to request a refund via Ebay support. Very poor experience, will not be using this seller again.

    I paid for the item and my order was confirmed but did not receive the item. I contacted the seller 3 times but had no reply. Fortunately E-Bay intervened and organised a full refund of my money. I have not given negative feedback because I do not know why the seller did not make contact with me and E-Bay were brilliant in resolving the matter quickly.
