  Started off not well delivery date overran and when arrived was not to specification emailed seller as wasn't happy and they responded quickly apologised and gave a commitment to deliver a replacement in a week arrived today and is absolutely perfect really well made and everything fits like a glove mistakes happen and it's how you deal with it and the seller couldn't have been better great customer service did everything they promised and delivered a beautiful piece of furniture

  Very pleased with the record player stand, even though it took ages to arrive. Estimated delivery was a month but DHL managed to mess around for another week. All good in the end (though DHL did not advise when it was coming and I apparently signed for the delivery while I was 140 miles away!). No complaints about the seller (apart from their choice of carrier).

Just so you know for the future, once an order has been dispatched, delivery updates and changes can also be managed directly on the courier’s website.   DHL website did not recognise the tracking number until the day of delivery. I did then request delivery for when I had returned, this was ignored (or too late?). My telephone number and email were on the delivery label but I received no notification from them. For one of the longest established couriers they seem to be a complete shambles these days. I don’t think home delivery is their forte these days!

  I ordered a custom made unit with a backing , and paid extra for that but received their standard size after a long delay. Communication is fine until there’s a problem. Sent three messages but no reply . The unit itself is nice and if you are happy with the standard one and with waiting a long time then go ahead , although be wary that the hifi shelves don’t fit a standard size hifi unit like it shows in the photo (it’s not wide enough)

  Purchased a custom record player cabinet built to the exact specification that I needed, and everything is absolutely perfect. The cabinet is of excellent quality and was delivered safely overseas to me with plenty of packaging to prevent damage. Communication through the whole process was also amazing. Thanks again!
