Item was described as brand new, but it was apparent on delivery that the outer packaging had been opened previously. The goods were damaged. Asked for a refund but seller only offered me a part refund initially. I declined. Was eventually told to book my own return via the sellers Evri account, which meant I had to take the goods to a drop-off centre. They refused the item as it was too big and heavy. I contacted seller again but no response!! I then had to ask eBay to step in. Very poor!!
