    That is not true. Our country's post office unexpectedly wasn't able to ship to the whole country of Israel for a period, not us. Once this problem occured, we informed you immediately and after communication with you we waited a few days and at the end we successfully canceled your order and refunded you. We were in contact with you from the beginning and offered you cancelation immediately. Please, we kindly ask you to review your comment.
