Even worse when I re-arranged delivery for another day Parcelforce left the item at a post office, I had no idea where. The seller was very good, responded to all my messages and were able to track down where the item had been left. Excellent service from the seller but Parcelforce were completely useless.

No fault on the part of the seller, but am less than happy with ParcelForce who failed to follow directions to divert delivery to my neighbour if I wasn’t in. So the promise of a delivery on Friday didn’t take place until the following Monday.
