After an inspiring trip to Naples, we returned home and decided to purchase a wood fired oven to recreate the magnificent food we had tasted, After months researching all aspects of wood fired ovens we eventuly decided on a 100cm brick outdoor oven,

We instantly fell in love with the oven and decided we would set up our very own wood fired oven store, it was hard at first convincing people every house should be cooking wood fired, but over the last decade we have really noticed a difference in peoples attitudes towards wood fired cooking, would also like to thank the celebrity chefs who have helped push the idea of cooking wood fired,
