    Patrick phoned me the next day, as he was one item short from a set of 6. He offered to send what he had and the missing item in about 10 days . As there was no hurry, I discussed with Patrick exactly what a set contained . As I only needed 3 of the wire shelves, Patrick despatched exactly what I needed and refunded the difference. The 3 needed arrived the next day . Wow, I was chuffed, excellent products and customer service. Thank you Patrick.
