PJ Pet Products was established in 2010, initially as an importer of dog chews. A decade later, the business expanded significantly. We now proudly offer a wide variety of products for dog and cat owners, selling under long-established brands such as Outward Hound, Nina Ottosson, Pioneer Pet Products, and Smart Cat as well as our own brands such as K9Pursuits, DO&G, CA&T, and many more. We remain focused on everything for dog and cat owners – from outdoor pursuits to indoor play and feeding. Recently we have seen greater interest in toys and IQ games – with which we strive to relieve boredom and offer products for a happy pet. Under new ownership since late 2021, PJ Pet products has been building on the foundations of a great business, focussing lots of effort on modernizing systems, warehousing capabilities, and ensuring our product range evolves with our consumers.

    Nothing wrong with the item really nice good quality, big problem with the customer service as tried to amend the order within minutes of ordering. As order had defaulted to the wrong size not my fault, I got an automated message which said item has already been posted and could not be amended, Very disappointing with customer service. Offered no resolution or acknowledgement of mistake when item was ordered, just sorry nothing can be done
